Wedding Planning
As your wedding day approaches, your time becomes increasingly valuable. Let us help you with your planning. From “Beginning to End” to “Day Of” packages, we will work with you to ensure that your special day is stress and hassle free. It is our goal that you are relaxed and confident so that your only job on this most important day is to look beautiful and make wonderful memories.
Package Options:
“Day of Event” Package - $500.00 minimum
- $100.00 non-refundable deposit required to reserve date
- Simply assist the bride with her Rehearsal Evening and the Day of her Wedding
- 10 hours of service: 2 for the Rehearsal and 8 for the Wedding Day
- Any additional services or hours issued will be billed at the normal hourly service rate
“Your Own Personal Assistant” Package
$8000.00 min
- This package is designed for the brides who are engaged for extended periods of time.
- Coordinator assists with all aspects of the wedding; picking of facilities for ceremony and reception, choosing of dresses and formal wear, choosing of menu items, choosing of caterers, invitations, floral designers, photographers, videographers; arrangement of any transportation; coordinating efforts of all vendors to ensure a smooth flowing day, decoration of sites for ceremony and reception, meeting with bride on regular basis. Average of 12 hours per month during one year.
- This wedding usually consists of 150 guests or more.
- This package is ideal for brides who are traveling from out of town
“Customized Assistant” Package – $55.00 per hour
- Any package can be designed based on an hourly rate
- This is good for those brides who want to do some of the planning themselves
- Hourly Fees will be added for the use of assistants, servers, contractors, etc. who are hired for the event. These fees start at $25 per hour.

"Over the course of the past two years I have had the opportunity to utilize Peter and Amy Hernandez to plan and coordinate two special events for me. The first event was a staff reward luncheon to include a dance lesson. Peter and Amy prepared a delicious meal to be enjoyed at tables for two decorated for the occasion. Staff were pleasantly surprised at the special attention and raved about the meal and the setting. The dance lesson topped off the event as a truly great time.
The second event was a wedding shower. I can only describe the table settings as elegant demonstrating to the guest of honor how special she was. Once again the meal was prepared by Peter and Amy and was delicious. They also arranged for a professionally prepared and decorated cake to top off the meal and presented it at a special dessert table. They then allowed us time to open gifts and take pictures making this a truly memorable event for the bride-to-be.
